Fuel Pressure Regulator / Fuel Injectors - Compatiblity?? 700

Hello Folks,

I have found a 1985 740GLE with a B230F engine in the boneyard and was wondering if the Fuel Pressure Regulator and injectors were compatible with a 1989 740 GL using the same engine?

I do know that the older car uses the Bosch LH 2.2 fuel injection system while my car uses the LH 2.4 system. What are your thoughts. Thanks in advance and keep on rolling!!

    Looked in my Quick Reference Part Catalog. Both the FPR and injectors got new part numbers for the 1989 model year. My guess is, therefore, they won't swap.
