Turbo heads 900

OK guys, is there any difference in parts (besides the obvious cam) between a B230FT head and a N/A head? Like sodium filled valves or harder seats or stronger valve springs?
I've got a bad valve in #1 cyl. and, barring any major parts differences, for less than what it would cost me to R&R & rebuild the existing head, I can get a good N/A head from the local salvage yard, swap cams, hang the intake & turbo and I'm back in business.
What do you think?

The turbo heads use sodium cooled exhaust valves. The service manual shows the same springs for both the B230F and B230FT engines. I did not find anything about different seats, nor would I expect one.
