How do they come off. I see three plastic tabs on the bottom on the rear passenger side door. How do I get the pannel off to service the window motor?

The red safety light at the back of the door also serves as a retaining clip. Pry the red lense off with a screwdriver.

The three white taps pull straight down. Careful, these are designed for ease of assembly not for disassembly, unless you know how. With the white FLAT surface facing down at all times, use two small screwdrivers to wedge it out straight down, FLAT surface remaining down.

The radio speaker cover is an ingenious device that also holds the front portion of the door trim on. With your thumbs or the heel of your hand, or all three, carefully push the speaker grill forward to remove it.
