I have the red relay 1347768 for 86-245, can I use the white relay 3523804 which have two less pins? What are those smaller pins for? Thanks a lot...

    Red ---- that's a new one to me. I thought tall the OD relays were white white. The OD relay in my '86 245GL (A/T) is white, and had been resoldered.

    The earlier cars used a blue relay (4spd-OD) or an orange relay (A/T).
