Platinum Spark Plugs 900 1991

Has anyone found a Bosch, NGK or other Platinum plug that is suitable for use in the B234F 16 valve engine?

Platinum Spark Plugs By nature run and stay hot, be carefull especially
wth higher compression engines (turbo) pre-ignition with lower octane
gas is probable!

I think NGK has one that will work, I emailed Bosch about a week ago to find out if the omission in their catalog was an oversite because they list one for a later year B234f but not for the '90, and all of the other spark plug manufacturer catalogs list the same plug forboth, but I have not heard back from them yet.

A.I.R. Pump 900 1991

I used to own high mileage 764 Ti long time ago. I put Bosch platinums in there and did not notice a big difference in performance. (The old plugs were Bosch regulars.) I remember a lot of people advised to go with regular NGK plugs in B234 engines

I'm no expert on plugs and what i've always heard by people who's knowledge i trust is to stick with the plug the engine is designed for. I once swayed from that advice and tried the bosch 4's in my now traded bimmer and have read horror stories about the electrodes falling off and causing considerable damage. I pulled mine after 5k and thank god they were still intact. The 960 on the other hand has 3 electrodes but they're a volvo part!
