Hola from San Diego, I had a few questions for the board about my
1989 740 T Wagon.

1. My original sunroof (same colour as car) is gone, all the tracks for it are screwed up. Has anyone been able to get a later model glass sunroof to fit? If so how much work was it?

2. I also need some feedback on your preferences for sport (lowering) springs. Im looking for about a 2 inch drop or so, Whats my best way to get there? (ie. ipd and cut 1/2 coil or whatever)

3. Ok this one might sound weird but, My volvo wagon doesn't look like any other 700 I have ever seen. It came with 16inch Gemini rims, colour matched side mirrors (red), bigger / fuller bumpers and "ground effects" for lack of proper term all factory equipment. Hope that makes a little sense. What do I have?

Sunroof/moonroof models "should" be interchangeable, but one never knows until the job is halfway done. Give it a try and let us know how you make out, with full report.

"The lowering srprings from IPD will drop it about 1-1/2 inches. Be careful going beyond this, especially with 16 inch rims. But it should be possible just by cutting.
