BTW ask me nice and I'll tell you if you are looking at the socket or the plug basck side or front...makes a bunch of blue smoke if you get it wrong!

Of course 10 seconds to take the cover off the Amp and read the markings oin the circuit board and another 10 sec with a continuity tester would get you the same answer.

Now if you can't do that, how the hell do you expect to install your new radio?

Hey there tough guy. Thanks for the facts. I am a complete idiot, considering I took 5 mins to get the head unit out, and had to do some other things that evening. Just thought I would post a question, and didn't realize I was such a pion to your "car stereo" expertise. Seems to me that everyone else was very helpful and considerate, but there is always an a bad apple in the bunch.

All you had to do was open the amp top and LOOK~~~

But I guess sitting on yer duff and typing is much easier!

Actually I have been to NY :-) Hey I am not here to create trouble. Just a guy looking for some info. It seemed more than a little sarcasim from my point of view, I don't like being considered an implied idiot. Actually, I have a lot of expertise in the area of electronics being an Electrical/Computer Engineer. Just looking for some info to save me some time, thanks everyone.
