780 cruise control problem and fog light mounting 700 1988

This is interestng...My cruise works great!...as long as the parking light and/or the headlights are on?? WHY? Also, if anyone has a digram or a picture of how to mount the fog lights on a 780 I love to see it, Hotgti91@yahoo.com Mine didnt have the fogs or the spoiler...Ive put a used spoiler on but cant figure out how the fogs mount? No holes in the bottom lip of the bumper. The spoiler has two braces at each end where the gogs go, but the mountings that I have (which are suppose to be for a 780) dont fit......HELP!!!

Regarding the cruise control issue it sounds like something isn't grounded properly. I'd check to make sure that all connections are solid.
