AC Clutch Problem 700

I believe my cluch maybe slipping. Sometimes when I'm running the ac there is a bit of a noise coming from the ac compressor. This happens when it's not idle. It's definately not the belt. It is more of a metal to metal problem.
Here is my true questions directly behind the 10mm bolt on the front of clutch there is a round, metal circle. It can be moved from side to side about 2/8". It sems that it is loose and hitting the front of the pulleys. I tried to tighten the bolt but the whole thing turns. How do i tighten this?
Thanks CJ

AC Clutch Problem 700

If you supply power directly from the battery to the clutch (engine NOT running) you should be able to lock-in the clutch to A.) assist in the mentioned bolt tightening; and/or B.) verify how well the clutch locks-in.
