Does anyone happen to know the correct torque specs for the nuts that hold the exhaust manifold in place?

10-20ft-lbs for b230f/t.

anyone have a recommendation for retorquing after so and so miles? my mechanic torqued mine to about 15. after driving around about 15 miles, i found that i had to retorque it again. of course i waited till it was nice and cool before i did it. torqued it up to 18.
