I'm wondering if anyone can give me some information on adding OEM foglamps to my '88 240DL. I need to know where to get them and also info on intallation. Thanks.

I'm generally familiar with the OEM fog lamp set-up on 83> 240s. Basically, two relativly small fog lamps(Bosch, I think)mounted under the front bumper on the outer corners. From those that I've spoken to, the added illumination can be best described as "adequate". I've had good luck with Hella 550 series fog lamps as well as PIAA 959 lamps. Both can be easily mounted under the bumper and wired in with a factory fog lamp switch. The PIAA lamps are a bit pricy, but a Hella 550 kit can be purchased for less than $100.

hella comet works as fine as the OEM volvo or bosch

doe at the same time some pencil lights
