I am thinking of installing an ajustable cam gear. Any advice. The car really runs Good now, so maybe I should leave well enough alone. New, inserts/shocks/firewall/lower braces/compression 155# /poly sway bush + torque arm. Air Box mod.Timing is 11.5 degrees and I can run 89 without det/ping.. Mobil 1 , Amsoil ART trans.. Yokohama AVS db,205/15 .. ~Let US not forget the military family~

I guess you mean with a stock cam? Interesting. I once mis-timed my 244Ti by retarding the crank 1 tooth which would be like advancing the cam and ignition. The car was astonishingly strong off the line. If you mean to also install it with a VX cam, you will have a better performing highway car with a slightly more eventful idle at lights.
