Does the company who made that catalog still exist?

Does anyone know any other sources for the gauge holders on the top of the dash (shown in the catalog)?

Great to see what was actually availiable back then. what year was that catalog printed?

As the heading says "Comfort Racing 11/79", I assume the year was 1979. The quoted prices also indicate this era. As the text is in Swedish, I would bet that this is the catalog from the firm Comfort Racing (duh!) located in/at Gislaved. I did a search in the Swedish Yellow Pages but with no success, neither in Gislaved nor anywhere else in Sweden. They used to supply racing/tune-up parts for Volvo and Saab at least, possibly for other makes too. Here's a page from their the SAAB section in the 7/1975 catalog:

As for the gauge holder I wouldn't know if it is still available. It was a popular extra over here in the early '70s though, as was the "short-stick conversion".

Erling, Norway.

The "short-stick conversion" is pretty cool. Would that be similar to putting the shifter from an 1800 in a 122?

I like the GT console and the rallypanel (dash with the gauge pods), although it looks kinda 70's-ish.

Thanks for the scans
Shane

What a coincidence - today I bought a Weber 36/36 DCD, but for my 1987 240. It even came with a B20 intake, which I have no use for though. Great link, thanks!

Erling.
