Noticed that the front right strut is not centered in the strut mount. It is positioned so that the front right wheel has no camber. The strut is quite vertical.

Would this cause the following? :

Car tends to pull to the left while driving...especially after turning a hard right.

Car pulls hard to the left at slow speeds when braking hard.

Front right looks like it is riding high (and back left looks low). At first I thought that the rear left spring was weak.

Thanks

Caution warranted. 700

Any time a car changes steering or tracking characteristics while driving, it's a strong indication something serious is wrong.
You may have a very bad ball joint that could fail catastrophically.
Something is loose or seriously worn if the car decides to noticeably change direction on it's own. I wouldn't drive it.

Camber problems will cause pulling. Start by (1) measuring ride height per FAQ instructions to make sure your springs are OK (spring sag is a known problem in these cars) and (2) having a front-end alignment done.
