Does a 79 244 radiator fit in a 71 164, with some mods of course, and would it be worth the trouble.

Should cost about $100.00 to get a quality rebild on you present rad, so it's not worth the trouble.

I sort of doubt it, because the big changes were in 1973.

Is your radiator bad? If not, keep it!
