Distinguishing '93 models 200

How can one tell the difference between one '93 240 and the next? Most of the '93 sedans I see have the black plastic grille surround, while most of the '93 wagons still have the old chrome surround. I do know about these changes though: outside door handles changed to black, gear detent design for automatic cars changed to 850-style, heated mirrors, heated seats standard.

    There was a "Classic" version with some different equipment. Someone more familiar with it can list what differences there were.

    Libraries may have old auto guides that list things like prices (when they were new) and options.

    1993 240s came with R134a in the AC system. There is a factory label under the hood. You could also just look at the VIN. Count back to the 8th digit from the end of the VIN. 1993my cars are identified by the letter "P".
