replacing O2 sensor 700

I am about to replace the O2 sensor on my car but I can't find it's under hood wires. The faq says there should be a red spade connector with two blue-ended wires coming in each side near the oil dip-stick but I don't see any such connection on my 740Turbo. Are the O2 wires routed different on a Turbo (like how the radio relay got switch to the other side on Turbos's) ??
THanks, servano

On an 87 760T the O2 sensor can be seen/felt from the pax side, downstream from the turbo. It's screwed into the downpipe.

On ours the two connectors were up on the firewall clipped, right above the distributor. One connector for the black signal wire and one connector for the twin white heater wires.
