My 1990 760 turbo intercooler power seats, driver and passenger, were both working fine and dandy a few days ago; however, just the other day they both ceased to work at the same time. I dont know if a simple fuse could fix it, or if the motor is toast. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED.

If they both quit at the same time, it's most likely a wiring problem. Chance of all 8 motors (4 each seat) quitting at the same time is next to nil. Have you checked the fuse in the fusebox?

As it's too blasted cold outside to go look at my own car, just pull off the fuse cover--it's visible on the side of the dashboard when you open the driver's door. There is a key to the fuse locations on the back of the panel you pop out to get at the fuses. Probably a 30 amp fuse--if it's your lucky day there will be one among the extras that should be in the fuse box. Otherwise, trade and see if that gets things working, but if there is some sort of short circuit you may blow the fuse you borrow, so be prepared to do without something...
