HI all , Went out this morning and fired up the beast ,fan was on, blowing cold air so I shut it off, soon as the temp indicator guage was up I turned it back on to no avail . Anybody know how to replace a heater blower assembly? Don't kow where to start , but once I get the fan out of the dash I can begin . Thanks in advance, craigaikman@hotmail.com

I agree with the fuse advice. Check it first. Then check the fans dashboard switch. Then ched to see if you are getting voltage to the blower motor. If you are getting voltage there and the connections look good, you might have a bad motor. Probably the fuse or switch or connections. A fuse is a lot cheaper and easier to replace than a blower motor.

Heater blower assembly? That does not seem like your problem: hte fan works, does it not? More likely you have a bad thermostat on the front of the engine, or a bad heater water valve.

OK, then remove the fan by removing the passenger kickpanel, then the ECU. Three screws and the fan is out.
