finally got around to soldering-up my overdrive relay! was unable to find a broken printed circuit connection 'exactly as pictured in you GREAT description,
however DID find several connections that weren't 'fluxed properly during the manufacturing process'----it was evident that the solder was NOT SECURE to the pins from the component side---- cleaned my soldering pencil point, loaded the point w/virgin solder, and buried the pin in the solder! re-installed the relay, the dashlite arrow goes-out, stays-out! THANX DAN FOSTER--

In my books, 3523804 and 1347764 are both identified as "OD Relay '85+ AW 71. The older number is 1347764. Can't explain the dates you have.
