My right rear brakes squeal (Ate calipers) only in reverse when I back out of the drive every day. It will go away temporarly then reappear the next time I drive it. I replaced the pads and shims this past summer with Axxis deluxe pads. Is this glazing or something else to look at?

Hi. I just stumbled onto your message, and have been fighting rear brake squeal for a while on my '92 740 wagon. The Axxis pads are quite hard, and I replaced mine with the softer OEM Volvo pads, which came with the teflon shims. This helped a great deal.
