my crankcase breather is loud. what does this mean? 120-130

its got a clicking "ish" sound that makes the engine sound loud. i can't quiet it by holding it with my hand or anything. i really don't know what it does. do you replace it?

First thing you do is adjust your valve clearance to about 0.020" and most
of it will go away.

Could be the PCV valve clicking. Mine did so I got rid of it.
