there it is

a whopping $150. i didnt even bargain him down it was too good of a deal.
paint is in great condition so is the inside
AND IT HAS CUPHOLDERS IN THE FRONT AND BACK :blink:

    im thinking b21 conversion with the forged internals

    and 20-25psi on a t3/t4 or a holset

    the dash has 1 crack
    you can see it in one of the pics

    yeah i dont know how i got away with this highway robbery
    it was in the local paper and i had to go see it

    bought it the next day

      A 1987 B230FT has the weaker connecting rods, and the smaller crankshaft. In my opinion a B21FT is s fine engine, but it doesn't offer any advantages over the later B230FT motors, especially those with piston oil cooling.

    Nice buy!

    From the interior pictures, the car is a 1988 or earlier model.

    If you are going to build an engine for it, you should start with one that has the 13mm connecting rods. The original engine in your car had 9mm connecting rods. If it is a 1988 model, it may be a K block motor and have the beefier crankshaft.

    Okay, I'm having the mixed feelings of happiness that another fine Volvo is in good hands, and jealousy because I can't seem to find a deal like that. I mean the armrest/cupholder itself is worth half of what you paid for the whole car.......

    I like it. A lot.

    You could say that you stole it for the price that you paid for it- The 7 seater conversion is worth more than $150 on its own!!!

    What are your plans for the car?
