122 Upholstery Source Needed 120-130

Anyone know of a good source for OEM or restoration quality upholstery for later 122s.

I once found a website that had upholstery kits but can't find it anymore.

Thanks for the leads,

http://www.skandix.de/en/ has some good kits in limited colors, again not cheap though. They actaully have shipping out a US warehouse and the rice you see includes VAT so deduct 19% from that number.

VP-Autoparts has a whole line of upholstery for Volvo using Volvo color codes. This includes headliners too. They carry a whole warehouse of new parts for older Volvos

If you speak Swedish, you could try these guys:

Örebro Agenturaffär
Slöjdgatan 21
703 63 Örebro
Ph 019 12 71 26 (in Sweden).

As far as I know they don't have email or a website.
Haven't tried them myself but was told they should have the upholstery for my '74 144.

about 8+ SEK or Swedish Kroner to a US dollar now January 2015. So divide Kroner by 8 to get the apprx price in USD. This, of course, changes all the time.

Try this site. If it's not listed, send them an email, they probably have it.

I had a local car/boat upholstery shop duplicate the original pattern with new material. It looks OE except that it doesn't have the waffle pattern, which I didn't want anyway because it's a dirt trap. Total cost was $500 including new foam stuffings.

BTW, I've been using the iPd webbing under the front seats since the day they came out with it, and it's held up great.

Most of the Euro suppliers have them (but you'll pay dearly given the falling $): Scandcar, CVI Automotive, VeteranProduktor AB Google for the URLs

Swedish Classics (www.swedishclassics.com) in MD has them too but you pay a premium and they just source them from Europe
