How much is this 740 worth?

Manufactored in 1991. It has 153000 on the clock. Appears to be in nice condition. Dealer maintained . all receipts.
The car is golden brown. Beige leather seats. Power locks, windows. Heated seats. Tires are good. A new altenator was recently installed.

Obvious that car will soon need a headliner.

Private seller, one owner car. Asking price $4,000, but has already agreed to go 3500. california car.

Opinions please.

I have no idea how the message posted three times. It was only my intention to post once. Maybe its something Im doing unawares(alter ego perhaps?). Trust me, it wasnt intentional.
