First figure out if it's a K-Jet or not. I don't know about the LH-Jet, but the K-Jet is pretty easy. You don't have to remove the injectors from the fuel lines if you are just doing seals. You need to remove the injectors from the head. They will come out with or without the black plastic piece that is bolted to the head. The black plastic retainers need to come out also, with or without the injector still in it. Sometimes it's hard to separate the injector from the black plastic retainer. If this happens, and there you are with the injector out of the head and the plastic retainer stuck on the injector, you can do this: First plug all the injector holes with clean pieces of lint-free rag or the like. Then squirt a little PB Blaster into the plastic retainers. Then lay a flat piece of clean wood, say a 1x4 about a foot long, on the side of the head and a clean piece of lint-free rag on the wood. Put the end of the injector on the clean rag, get an open end wrench and put it on the injector where it disappears into the plastic retainer, with the wrench perpendicular to the injector. Carefully tap on the wrench right by the injector with a hammer. You'll be tapping the plastic retainer down off the injector. You'll see when you do it. The directions might seem convoluted, but the job isn't. What is holding the injector in the retainer is a brittle old seal that won't readily squish to allow the retainer to come off. So you have to help it just a bit with a hammer. Don't slam on it. Just finesse it. The Volvo plastic retainers are cheap from Groton. You may just want to use new ones, but it might not be necessary. If you use the PB Blaster the day before, it might be a little easier. All in all, it's not a difficult job. Good luck.
