Engine Conversion as seen on fullBOOST.com 200

Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone has seen the turbo 245 on the fullBOOST.com website.
I am seriously considering a similar job because it is exactly what i want.

http://www.fullboost.com.au/cars/readerscars/volvo_arnfinn.html

A few things are puzzling, though. Does anyone know how he is running a TurboXS Blow off Valve - a non-plumb back valve without issues with over-rich mixture.

If anyone has done a similar swap i would be highly interested in estimated costs and the major pitfalls.

THanks in advance.
Chris
