Use the P'Blaster first and let it soak in.
Then use the miracle of leverage. Get a length pipe that's longer than the breaker bar, ratchet handle or end wrench. Slip it over the wrench for an extra long handle. That will make it much simpler. But go easy on it. If you twist too much all at once it could break the stud.

WD-40 is a good general purpose spray lube, but has limited usefulness as a penetrating oil for frozen nuts/bolts. Try P-B'laster (any auto parts store) and let sit overnight. Truly stuck fasteners call for a six-point socket to avoid rounding off the flats.

Last resort is the application of heat, but in this case I'm not sure if there are plastic or rubber parts involved in the assembly, so take care.

Place a box wrench on the nut and use a large rubber mallet to strike the wrench. Be sure the wrench stays squarely on the nut.
