Is there a source out there that can tell me if you can stil purchase the plastic strip that covers the idiot lights on the VDO r-sport gauges. If there is not any way to buy new is there a way to repair the old ones? Please help me if you can. Thanks

    A local guy got one from a dealer a year or two ago. You might need a helpful dealer or part number. Or you can make a reasonable facsimile using a newer cluster strip.

      Hi. I'd like to hear this, too, as I have a new GT or RallyeSport cluster, but hoping to change the oil pressure gauge for an ambient pressure gauge, I'd like to use one of the two unused (blank) idiot lights to stand in for the oil pressure idiot light as it was on my original cluster.
