Removing small rear window 140-160

Finally there is real rust developing on my '71 144. It is on the bottom edge of the rear right small window. The rubber is still soft, and I'm thinking of doing this job myself. How hard is it to remove the glass and rubber without damage? It's still the original Volvo glass, and a few years ago a side front window shattered by itself while the car was in storage in my father's garage! So I'm a bit carefull when it comes to removing this one.

Thanks

You'll never find out till you try....
Probably will be OK if you are careful.

Thanks, but I was wondering how it gets removed. Is there something that needs to be unscrewed, or something else, or do I have to cut the rubber? Is it a one way fit, i.e. I have to break the glass to get it out?
