Hello all,

Can I replace just the left headlight lens on a 1995 960 (without foglights)? Or, do I have to replace the entire (choke$) headlight assembly? What is the best source? Thanks in advance for your help!

Check out www.volvolamps.com. They have lenses and full headlight buckets for very reasonable prices. Tail lights too.

Search ebay for: volvo 960 lens
The plastic replacement lenses seem to be fine. I've got them on both sides of mine now and haven't had any problems with aim, pattern, fogging etc. Some say that silicone sealer will attack the silvering on the reflector so I used plumbers putty.

I looked on Ebay for some. There were some for 240's and 850's but none for 960's that I could see. I tried Erievolvo and they want $200 for one. A new one from FCPgroton is $280.

Greetings, I have a cracked headlamp lens also on a "96 964. Have not been able to find a lens anywhere. Only the whole headlamp assembly. Any help in this matter would certainly be appreciated..
