Right Headlight Inop. VERY FRUSTRATING! 200

So my terminal block was all rusty and falling apart. I replaced it with another one by splicing the wires. Now the right light only works on high beam! It didn't do this before. All the fuses are fine. I ran a voltmeter across it and the low beam is getting 12V all the way up to the terminal block, also tested the terminal block and the light bulb, both okay. Im confused, can
t figure it out. Any thoughts? Thanks a lot.

Sometimes when you plug in the light bulb one of the connectors slips out of the plug and back inwards where it willl not make contact. Make sure the electrical connectors at the plug are fully forward and secure.

You've probably already done this, but make extra sure you have thoroughly cleaned all grounds in the area and they are all snug.
