AW-71 oil pump removal 700 1990

The bushing between the oil pump and the torque converter seized and spun in my AW-71. Is there a method to removing the pump from the trans housing? I want to pull it out to replace it (damaged by the spinning bushing). I removed the bolts, but there isn't any way to grip it or jack it out.

    get a big metal bucket and put the tailshaft inside. with the bellhousing up and level, unbolt it, then remove the pump. pull it straight up and slow. this way the discs don't fall out of place. good luck, chuck.
