Towing a Chevy Caprice 200 1986

Hey Guys,

As you can see I had a very busy weekend. My freind is a Chevy B body fanatic. He bought this car on the internet and then planned on using his Dad's pick-up to tow this car. The truck started having "issues". So My 1986 240GL comes to the rescue. We towed this car about 300 Miles without a problem. The Caprice weighs 4036 lbs complete...this one had the engine and transmission removed. Still weight was at least 3000 lbs.

Been there, done that. 240s make great tow vehicles if you don't get in a hurry. My next one is going to be modified specifically for towing heavy loads on a regular basis.
