I recently wrecked my 1983 245DL-automatic, after lots of new parts in the past year. I am wondering how many things can be saved for a 1981 245DL-manual and if they are worth it.

New stuff includes very new ball joints/tie rod ends, engine harness, tailgate harness, solenoid and knock sensor.

the inner tie rods depend on which rack is in both cars. the engine harness won't go, different fuel system. the rest you listed should be a go. good luck, chuck.
