Three years ago today, at this hour, I was waiting around PDX for a shuttle bus to Corvallis. I was on my way to buy my current 240. By 5:00PM Pacific Time I was driving through the Willamette valley on my way to Bend where I would stop for the night. It was a beautiful day. It was a beautiful drive. I wish I was there now.

It was another perfect day weather wise here in Portland.

The weather has been so perfect the past few weeks. I don't think it could be any better.

The weather was excellent here, too. Still, I'd rather be up there. Or anywhere but where I am. I just need to take a long driving trip.
Lately I've been thinking southeast Washington state would make a good destination. From the photos I've seen the Palouse Hills look beyond beautiful. Maybe later this year...
