What Are These Two Relays Behind Instrument Cluster? 200 1990

Hi Guys. Need help identifying 2 relays behind the instrument cluster(I think they're relays). I removed instrument cluster to add wiring for fog lamps. (Connected it to fuse#8 for headlamps).

The 1st relay is cylindrical, red, about 1.5" diameter, 2" in height and has lots of wires going into it. Had a number on it: 1362367(I don't know if this is the Volvo part no.).

The 2nd relay is a rectangular box, looks to be aluminum(silver), about 2.5" wide, 1" thick and 5" long. Had a number on it: 3523537(I don't know if this is the Volvo part no.).

So what do these do?
