I know where the computer is behind the right front passenger's panel near the floor. I don't know if this is the spark or fuel ECU. Where is the other computer located and which one is it? Thank you, I am still learning my car. Your knowledge is very helpful.

Yes, the computer you found is the fuel computer (Regina). There is a spark computer (Rex) also. In my 940 it is under the dash just up and to the right of the drivers right foot. I think your 740 should be the same.
