manual tranny swap 900 1993

Found a donor 1987 Turbo for trying the auto to manual swap on my 1993 945T. I can get all of the parts from the donor except the flywheel. I need the flywheel with sensor. I also don't know how to determine the hole count in the flywheel that was mentioned in the FAQ article without dropping my tranny first.

Any advice on how hard it will be to track down the right flywheel? Any way to determine which flywheel hole count I need?

Thanks much for your advice. This could be a show-stopper to the project.

Dave

any 89 up car with lh2.4 will do. manuals are hard to find, good luck on the flywheel. the regina cars use a different 1, stay away from those. good luck, chuck.

You need a flywheel with 58 holes. There is room for 60 holes, so there is a two hole void. It will look quite similar to the flywheel in the picture, which is for an M90.
