ac kicking out S90-V90

when driving along at any speed, if i accelerate the ac drops down. i can appreciate this action at high speed when all power is needed; but is this normal?

If you mean that air flow lessens on acceleration, it sounds like a vacuum motor (servo) has failed. Fairly easy replacement depending on which one has given up.
