After bypass of A/C compressor is done courtesy IPD kit, what components not being used can be taken out for weight and space???

If you have a 1984 or older its easy to remove that huge york compressor and put in an OEM Volvo bracket that holds your power steering pump. That way its done the right way and all that weight is gone. If you have a newer 240 you can probably use the same bracket, but you would have to get an older style GM power steering pump. I have a real OEM Volvo bracket removed from a 240 that came from the factory without A/C. mgc67@hotmail.com
