I'm looking for a Nissens all-metal three row radiator for my 93 945Turbo. All I can seem to find from the standard suppliers (IPD, FCP, etc) is either a Nissens OEM style that's aluminum with plastic tanks, or a two-row all metal. Any advice?

don't get the 3-row nissen. iPd is "NOW" saying not to use them in the Turbo cars. To much pressure, or something, and they start leaking, just stick with the plastic tank.

I've been down this road, a couple of years ago and again recently thanks to a leaking <2 year old radiator. Volvo changed the radiator style on the 92 and later 7/9 cars and three row radiators are not available. It sounds like what you've found is what's available.

Just a note, I would recommend using the lower pressure (75 kPa) cap on your expansion tank. I had the higher pressure cap on mine and I believe this may have been the cause of the early leakage. When I switched caps it slowed down but has not totally quit leaking.

I didn't remember off the top of my head, but apparently dad did. I believe that there's a grey one too that is also rated at 150. I don't know what the difference between that and the green one is though.

I live in Lynn Haven, which is now a bedroom community for PC and the beach. I've never been to Pensacola but I hear its nice. One of my good friends lived there for a year or so. He worked for one of the geotech. companies there and has opened a new office here now. If you're over this way and want to have lunch or something let me know.

Green cap = 150kPa (22psi), Black = 75kPa. I use only the black cap in all our Volvos.
