I picked up these wheels at the IPD garage sale. http://www.aardvarkcycles.com/media/irelli1.jpg They are made by pirelli in italy. they have this label on the inside of them http://www.aardvarkcycles.com/media/irelli3.jpg some one here probably once owned them. I was wondering if anyone might know some history behind them. I have never seen these before. not to mention that pirelli doesn't make wheels to offten.

Those are kinda neat. What did you pay for the set? What size are they? Are they the proper offset? Lug nuts included?

I would bead blast and paint, or powder coat, them the color of my car.

I traded them for a set of 14" GT alloys. they are 15x6 20mm offset 5x108 bolt circle. by the looks there are no special lug nuts needed. I think a standard volvo center cap will fit in them, but have not been able to try it yet. Unless I find out more info on them, I will put them on my p-1800e I am restoreing. I think they will look good on that.
