New toys today,Ac manifold gauges and vacuum pump 200

Now I need to know some values For High side ,low side, and vacuum.I now have everything for a complete retro fit to 134a for my 1990 240dl,except the actual 134a forgot that.But I need what kind of psi I should be looking for along with vacuum numbers. TIA.

hi there i hope to get these items soon. try a search for the readings they change with outside temperature. the library has books on this also. i have found that adding freon very very slowly makes for a better job. thats my experience.

I have the gages and set up also a little experience and 9 months of schooling on HVAC. Drawing and holding a vacuum for at least 2 hours is, IMO, most important. One cannot have any costly leaks..

Harbor Freight sells an air powered vaccum pump for $10, regular electric pumps run $100 -$200..
I wonder is this $10 pump is any good..
