What is the knobby outlet in between the first and second fuel injector, toward the front, on a 93 940T, with an end screwed on it?

Because mine was leaking. It was a little loose.

Do you mean the Schraeder test port, pointing down toward the head, with the cap screwed on? That's used to test fuel pressure. It should not leak, for obvious reasons. You may need a new internal Shraeder valve.
