Overdrive Light 700 1989

I keep getting my overdrive light illuminated while driving. The overdrive works fine, but the lamps glows dim sometimes and other times it comes on bright. Did I have a bad relay?

maybe. the relay powers the light from a different terminal than the od solenoid. could also be a bad ground in the cluster. good luck, chuck.
