I've added a strut bar to my 960. It's very nicely made by John Sargent. I'll post a pic or two once I download it to my PC.

I'd like to add a "me-too" to the praise and thanks for John and Evan Sargent's strut braces, in this case for an older 700 than for the 900s that have been mentioned so far.

I recently added the brace to a 745 that has been struck hard twice, totaled once, shot in two windows... despised, rejected, and acquainted with grief.

It firmed up the handling. I do NOT drive hard, so the benefits are simply the feel, and maybe the sense that I could more nimbly dodge this-or-that once in a while.

I've been looking for strut bars for our two cars and haven't been able to find any for these cars. How much were they and how'd you contact John Sargent? Any problems with installation? Thanks

John posts on RWD. Installation was a snap. Remove the four nuts, put on the assembly and tighten the nuts.

You will have to discuss the cost with him.
