help!!! replaced water pump and now car wont start 900

I replaced the water pump today(allday)finally got everything back together and now the thing wont start('94 940)it just turns over but it is like there is zero spark.and I need to get to work in the am

Probably the distributor is out of time; that is, it is firing the plugs when there is no compression in the cylinders. Recheck the timing belt vs. distributor.

You clearly disconnected something. Check for spark by pulling a wire and placing it on a spare plug you then ground. Follow FAQ suggestions for diagnostics.
