Hydraulic motor mounts from eEuroparts??

Hey,
This supplier(eEuroparts) specifically lists there hydraulic mounts as being from Febi-Bilstien, but the parts have no markings, no indication of what manufactor they come from. Is this correct.
On the lip of the mount I can find the part number "1378657 )NR(". Theres also a tag

I went through this once before, with a different supplier, with strut bearings that were not up to the job and had to be replaced.

I notice that the original mounts on the car are clearly marked "volvo".

All comments welcomed and apprecitated.

Thanks

Lawrence

Febi-Bilstein is a good brand: I've got them in three cars and have had no problems.
Repackaging in aftermarket parts is rampant: one maker's products are found in all sorts of putups.

    HI Lawrence,

Though i cannot give a direct answer to your question, I will mention that I, too, recently purchased the "Febi Bilstein" Hydraulic motor Mounts, which in my case also were also labled/marked exactly as you describe above..- So we have the same part(s). I am going to install them this coming week... thusly, I will post my experiences with them. I originally ordered their cheaper "MTC" mounts, but, returned them/exchanged for these Febi Bilstein Mounts due to the opinions of the Brickboard on them.. :)

I'd be interested to hear from anyone who, also, has installed (or has experience) with these particular mounts ... I'm sure they are the "real thing".. but.... ya never know sometimes.. :)

      Miles,
Well, at least Im not being singled out for some sort of abuse.
I dont know what the regulations are in regards to this. I would just hope that these parts suppliers would not be allowed to do just what ever they wanted to. You know, like advertise one thing, and then send you something else.

I would sure like to know what the laws and regulations are governing the sale of aftermarket parts.

      Thanks for the response.

      Lawrence

At least the "1378657" IS a Volvo part # , but the )NR( is a mystery (Nazi Rubber?). I couldn't find a trace of ID on the "German Made" ones I got last year from FCP. In all fairness to Nick, I didn't pursue it with him.

But when those mounts did nothing to quell an RPM-related vibration, I swapped them for OE Volvo mounts — which made a HUGE difference.

I still have the dud mounts, and the vibration I've grown accustomed to.
