Heater hoses 200

Finally found the leak (I think) in one of the heater hoses from the back of the block to the firewall. I got both of them off, but of course the local national chain doesn't have the ones with the correct bends. Bought some 5/8 hose, but it kinks when I try to duplicate the bends. Can I buy longer lengths and loop it around? I live in rural north GA and I doubt even the dealers in Atlanta will have the hoses in stock and I need it going right away. This is a big dilemma with my wife as she's been driving the 945, but now I have to have it and she's been relegated to the rice burner flatbed. She's not happy, so no one is happy...
Does anyone know of a quick source for these hoses or a trick to put on generic?

PS Don't suggest that I drive the truck. Ain't gonna happen......

You could overnight them from FCP or IPD.

Autozone has the correct hoses. Or at least ones that work. The bends on their hoses aren't the same, but they will work. Basically instead of the S curve volvo uses, you just need a 90. If you are in a pinch, id try a 1/2" copper 90 hose clamped in. No guarantees though.

Thank you for your input. I tried what you said (but at Pep Boys) and found someone there who actually had a clue as to what to do. He even invited me to find my own in the back! I found some that work and have tested for leaks and so far, so good. Thanks for the advice.
